The Seller sells the magazines listed on the Site in its own name. The magazines are created by publishers with whom the Seller has concluded agency agreements. For the Buyer, the Seller is the seller and the party responsible for product quality, deadlines, delivery and returns. The publisher's name is shown on the issue page as the manufacturer (author) of the publication.
Site: dpbee.ru and its subdomains. Buyer: a person aged 18 or over who places an order on the Site. The Consumer Law applies to a Buyer who purchases for personal, family or household needs unrelated to business activity. Section 15 applies to buyers that are legal entities or sole proprietors. Issue: a specific magazine issue presented on a page of the Site. Printed copy: an issue that is manufactured (printed) to the Buyer's individual order after payment (print on demand) and delivered to the Buyer. There is no stock of printed copies. Digital copy: a PDF file of the issue available to the Buyer for online reading and download in the personal account. Bundle: a printed copy and a digital copy of the same issue bought together. Order: the Buyer's request placed on the Site to buy one or more issues. Hand-over to print: the moment the Seller passes the order for manufacture; from that moment printing is deemed to have started (clause 5.5). Personal account: the section of the Site available after registration.
3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver to the Buyer a printed copy and/or provide a digital copy of the chosen issue, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for it on the terms of this offer.
3.2. This offer is public (Art. 437 of the Civil Code). Acceptance consists of the Buyer ticking the acceptance box at the last step of checkout and paying for the order. The contract is concluded when the order is paid and the fiscal receipt is sent to the Buyer (clause 13 of the Rules). Before payment an order does not reserve the issue and does not bind the parties.
3.3. Text of the box at the last step of checkout: "I accept the terms of the offer. The magazine is printed to my order: once it has been handed over to print, the printing and delivery costs are not refundable." For orders containing only a digital copy the box additionally states: "Access to the digital copy opens immediately after payment; after that it cannot be cancelled." The box ticked at registration confirms that the Buyer has read the offer and applies to subsequent orders in the version in force at the time of each order; the box at checkout is ticked for every order.
3.4. The Buyer may order a printed copy without registration (guest order) by giving a name, an e-mail for the receipt and notifications, a phone number and a delivery address. An account is required to buy a digital copy: the digital copy is delivered in the personal account.
3.5. The issue description (title, publisher, number of pages, format, binding, preview of some pages, age rating, a note on AI-generated images if any) is given on the issue page. The preview shows part of the pages; the content of the issue as a whole is determined by the publisher. The Seller is responsible for the product matching the description on the page but does not guarantee that the content will meet the Buyer's expectations as to artistic quality.
3.6. By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they are 18 years of age or older.
4.1. Prices are shown in Russian roubles on the issue page and in the cart. The price shown at the time of payment is final for that order. The Seller may change prices on the Site; changes do not affect orders already paid.
4.2. The delivery cost of a printed copy is calculated at checkout after the address or pick-up point is entered and is shown before payment. The total payable (goods plus delivery) is shown at the last step of checkout.
4.3. Payment is made cashless in roubles through the YooKassa payment service (YooMoney NBCO LLC) by the methods available on the payment page (bank cards and other methods offered by the service). Card details are entered on the payment service's page; the Seller does not receive them.
4.4. After payment a fiscal receipt issued by the Seller's online cash register under Federal Law No. 54-FZ is sent to the Buyer's e-mail.
4.5. An unpaid order is cancelled 3 calendar days after it is placed.
4.6. Promo codes apply on the terms stated when they are issued (discount, validity period, eligible products). No wholesale discounts are offered.
5.1. Printed copies are manufactured to the Buyer's individual order (print on demand): printing starts only after the order is paid and only in the quantity ordered; the copy is not used for other buyers. Time for manufacture and hand-over to the delivery service: up to 21 business days from the date of payment. The Seller is responsible for meeting this deadline. If it is missed, the Buyer may set a new deadline or cancel the order and receive a full refund (Art. 23.1 of the Consumer Law); for each day of delay the Seller pays a penalty of 0.5 % of the prepayment, but not more than the prepayment.
5.2. Delivery is made only within the Russian Federation by the CDEK delivery service: to a CDEK pick-up point or by courier, at the Buyer's choice at checkout. Self-collection and other delivery services are not available. No delivery outside Russia.
5.3. The delivery time depends on the region and is shown at checkout; it is the delivery service's estimate and is not included in the manufacturing time under clause 5.1. The tracking number is e-mailed to the Buyer and shown in the personal account.
5.4. Packaging: a plastic mailer or similar packaging with an address label. 18+ issues are packed in opaque sealed packaging marked "18+". Every parcel contains a leaflet with information about the Seller and the cancellation and return procedure.
5.5. Hand-over to print. The Seller does not hand an order over to print earlier than 24 hours after payment. The Buyer is notified of the hand-over by e-mail, and the order status in the personal account changes to "Printing". From the moment that notification is sent, printing is deemed to have started for the purposes of section 8.
5.6. Title and the risk of accidental loss or damage pass to the Buyer when the printed copy is handed to the Buyer (at the pick-up point or by courier). Until then the Seller bears the risk, including loss or damage in transit.
5.7. Acceptance. On receipt the Buyer may inspect the copy. If damage or a wrong issue is found, the Buyer may refuse to accept the parcel or accept it and report the defects to the Seller (clause 8.4). Acceptance does not deprive the Buyer of the right to report defects later.
5.8. If the Buyer does not collect the order from the pick-up point within the delivery service's storage period (CDEK's standard period, usually 7 days), or courier delivery fails through the Buyer's fault, the order is returned to the Seller. This is treated as the Buyer's cancellation after printing has started (clause 8.3): the Seller refunds the amount paid less the costs actually incurred for printing the copy and for delivery (including the return of the parcel to the Seller) within 10 days of the parcel's return to the Seller. By agreement with the Buyer the order may be re-dispatched at the Buyer's expense.
6.1. The digital copy is provided to the Buyer under a simple (non-exclusive) licence (Art. 1286 of the Civil Code) for personal use: online reading on the Site and downloading the PDF file to the Buyer's devices an unlimited number of times during the access period. The Buyer may print one copy for personal use (Art. 1273 of the Civil Code).
6.2. Access to the digital copy opens in the personal account immediately after payment (in case of technical delays, within 24 hours at most). By ticking the acceptance box at checkout the Buyer agrees to access being granted immediately after payment and is notified that from that moment the Seller's obligation to provide the digital copy is deemed performed, and cancellation of a paid digital copy of proper quality is not accepted (clause 8.5).
6.3. Download access in the personal account: at least 30 days from the date of purchase. In practice the file remains available while the issue is listed on the Site; an issue that has had sales is not removed from the Site earlier than 100 days after the last sale. A downloaded file stays with the Buyer indefinitely. The Seller recommends downloading and saving the file right after purchase.
6.4. It is prohibited to pass the file to third parties, publish it online, sell it, print it in quantity, distribute it in any form, modify it, or remove information about the authors and publisher. Breach entails liability under Part Four of the Civil Code and entitles the Seller to close access to digital copies in the offender's personal account.
6.5. Digital copy files are not personalised with the Buyer's data.
7.1. Issues from the "Nude" section and other 18+ issues carry the "18+" mark in the catalogue, on the issue page and in previews. They are sold only to persons aged 18 and over.
7.2. The Buyer confirms being 18 or older by clicking "Yes" in the age confirmation window before viewing the "Nude" section and by ticking "I am 18 or older" at checkout for an order containing an 18+ issue. This confirmation is stored with the order.
7.3. A printed 18+ copy is shipped in opaque sealed packaging marked "18+". The parcel is handed only to the recipient named in the order.
7.4. The Seller may cancel the order and refund the payment if there are grounds to believe the buyer is under 18.
8.1. General rule. A printed copy is manufactured to the Buyer's individual order and has individually determined properties (printed for a specific order, not used for other buyers). The cancellation procedure therefore depends on whether the order has been handed over to print. The Buyer is warned of this before payment by the text of the checkout box (clause 3.3) and on the issue page.
8.2. Cancellation before hand-over to print. The Buyer may cancel a printed copy at any time before the order is handed over to print and receive the full amount paid, including delivery. For 24 hours after payment the order is not handed over to print (clause 5.5), so cancellation within that period always results in a full refund. To cancel, e-mail support@dpbee.ru with the order number or use the cancel button in the personal account where available. The refund is made within 10 days of receipt of the request.
8.3. Cancellation after hand-over to print. After the order has been handed over to print, including after receipt of the copy, the Buyer may cancel the order provided the Seller is reimbursed for the costs actually incurred in performing the order: the cost of printing the copy and the cost of delivery (Art. 32 of the Consumer Law, Art. 782 of the Civil Code). The Seller refunds the difference between the amount paid and those costs, if any, within 10 days of receipt of the request. Only costs actually incurred at the time of cancellation are withheld: if any costs have not yet been incurred (for example, delivery has not yet been paid for by the Seller), they are not withheld. The Seller confirms the costs with the print shop's and delivery service's documents at the Buyer's request. A received copy of proper quality remains with the Buyer unless the parties agree otherwise.
8.4. Defective goods. If the printed copy has defects (printing defects, damaged or missing pages, wrong assembly, damage in transit) or the wrong issue was delivered, the Buyer may at their choice (Art. 18 of the Consumer Law) demand:
8.5. Digital copy. Access to the digital copy is granted immediately after payment with the Buyer's consent (clause 6.2); therefore, after payment, cancellation of a digital copy of proper quality is not accepted and no refund is made for it. If the file is corrupt, does not open or does not match the issue description (wrong issue), the Buyer may demand a working file or a refund; the working file is provided and refunds are made within 10 days of receipt of the request.
8.6. Bundle. Clauses 8.2–8.4 apply to the printed copy in a bundle, clause 8.5 to the digital copy. If the printed copy is cancelled, the price of the printed copy (and delivery under clause 8.2, or the balance under clause 8.3) is refunded; the digital copy remains with the Buyer.
8.7. Refund method: to the card or account used for payment, via YooKassa. The time for the funds to arrive depends on the Buyer's bank (usually up to 10 days after the Seller issues the refund).
8.8. The Seller applies no cancellation fees and withholds nothing beyond the costs actually incurred as set out in clause 8.3.
9.1. Registration is by e-mail and password or via VK ID; sign-in via foreign services is not supported (Art. 10.6 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ). The Buyer must provide accurate data and keep the password secret. All actions under the account are deemed the Buyer's actions until the Buyer notifies the Seller of a compromise.
9.2. The Buyer may delete the account by e-mailing support@dpbee.ru from the account address with the subject "Delete account"; deletion is carried out within 10 days. After deletion, access to digital copies in the account ends; the Seller recommends downloading the files first.
9.3. The Seller may block an account for breach of clause 6.4, fraud or use of the Site by a person under 18, notifying the Buyer by e-mail with the reason. Paid but unfulfilled orders are then fulfilled or refunded.
The Buyer's personal data is processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://dpbee.ru/policy) and on the basis of a separate consent. The offer and the consent to data processing are accepted by separate boxes. Buyer data is not shared with publishers.
11.1. The Seller is liable to the Buyer for the quality of the printed copy and the digital copy, the manufacturing and delivery deadlines, and the safety of the goods until delivery to the Buyer, in accordance with the Consumer Law.
11.2. The Seller is not liable for failure to fulfil an order due to an incorrect address, phone number or e-mail given by the Buyer, if the Buyer did not correct them before the order was handed to the delivery service. Re-dispatch in that case is at the Buyer's expense.
11.3. The publisher is liable to third parties for the content of the issue (texts, photographs, copyright and the rights of persons depicted) under the agency agreement; this does not limit the Buyer's statutory rights against the Seller.
11.4. Terms of this offer that limit a consumer Buyer's rights compared with the Consumer Law do not apply (clause 1, Art. 16 of the Consumer Law).
12.1. Claims are sent to support@dpbee.ru, stating the order number. The Seller replies within 10 days of receipt; monetary claims (refund, price reduction, reimbursement) are satisfied within the same period (Art. 22 of the Consumer Law).
12.2. A pre-trial claim is not mandatory for a consumer Buyer. The Buyer may sue at their choice: at their place of residence or stay, at the Seller's location, or at the place where the contract was concluded or performed (Art. 17 of the Consumer Law, Art. 29 of the Civil Procedure Code). Consumer claims are exempt from court fees within the statutory limits.
12.3. The law of the Russian Federation applies.
13.1. The Seller may amend the offer. A new version is published on the Site with its date and applies to orders placed after it takes effect. Paid orders are governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
13.2. Registered buyers are notified of a new version by e-mail or in the personal account at least 10 days before it takes effect. Changes that improve the Buyer's position may take effect on publication.
13.3. Previous versions are available on request at support@dpbee.ru.
14.1. Legally significant notices are sent to the Buyer's e-mail given at registration or in the order, and to support@dpbee.ru for the Seller.
14.2. If any term of the offer is held invalid, the remaining terms remain in force.
14.3. Information about the Seller, the offer, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the payment, delivery and return procedure are available via links in the footer of every page of the Site. The same information is sent in the order e-mail and, for printed orders, enclosed in the parcel in writing (clause 4, Art. 26.1 of the Consumer Law).
15.1. Legal entities and sole proprietors may buy issues on the Site on the same terms, subject to this section. Stating a company name or sole proprietor status in the order means a purchase for business purposes.
15.2. The Consumer Law does not apply to such buyers; the Civil Code rules on sale and licence agreements apply. Provisions of this offer that reproduce the Consumer Law (the penalty in clause 5.1, the periods under Art. 21 and 22 of the Consumer Law, the jurisdiction rule in clause 12.2) do not apply to them.
15.3. Cancellation of a printed copy before hand-over to print results in a full refund within 10 business days; after hand-over to print cancellation is not accepted except for defects. Defect claims must be made within 30 days of receipt and are remedied by replacement or refund at the Seller's choice.
15.4. Disputes are resolved by the arbitrazh (commercial) court at the Seller's location after a claim with a 15-calendar-day response period.
15.5. The fiscal receipt and, on request, a delivery note or act are sent to the buyer's e-mail.
